Ingredients

• 1 500 grams ground beef 
• 1 large sweet potato (microwaved & mashed)
• ½ cup green beans
   

Method

1. Cook beef thoroughly and drain fat.
2. Microwave sweet potato 5–7 minutes until soft.
3. Steam green beans.
4. Mix and cool.
    

• Cook Sweet Potato until soft
• Brown mince
• Mix all ingredients and cook until brown add Oil and egg and then your done
